About the race
4Rest Run is a unique event close to nature. You get a chance to enjoy beautiful paths of Puszcza Niepołomicka. Far from smog, noise and hard pavement. You can participate individually in 5 km or 10 km races. For 10 km there will be optional group (4 people) classification that you might have expected from previous years.
We would like to welcome all the runners, with special focus on those living nearby and employed by local companies and organizations. Come and join us on Sunday, September 20th.
Race course & time limits
2026 edition of the race will feature two race course — depending on the distance (5km or 10km). With start and finish in the same place as before — close to the bib pick-up station.
The course will run on the forest paths. You can expect mud, dirt, gravel. Animals might be crossing your paths. While it’s possible to run with your headphones we would advise against it. Try to listen to the birds’ song instead. Time limits to complete the race: 5 km — 60 minutes 10 km — 120 minutes.

Distance Price per person until September 31th:
5 km — 85 PLN
10 km — 95 PLN

Participants limit
400 individual runners for both distances.
Registration is open until September 12th or until limit is reached — whichever comes first.

Children's Run

— Participation fee — 30 PLN
We invite children of the following age groups:
up to 5 years old — distance approx. 150 m
6—8 years old — distance approx. 250 m
9—11 years old — distance approx. 450 m
12—15 years old — distance approx. 900 m
— Age is determined by year of birth.
— The youngest participants start at 11:00.
— There is a total limit of 100 participants across all age groups.
— The organiser reserves the right to increase the overall participant limit.
— Start / Finish and race office location: The clearing with gymnastic equipment next to road No. 75 between Niepołomice and Szarów
— The race office will be open ONLY on Sunday, 20 September 2026, at the start clearing in the Niepołomice Forest from 9:00 to 10:50.
— It is possible for a minor to collect the race package on their own provided they present parental consent.

We do not have individual rankings or prizes for winners – we want to appreciate the effort of every single child.
